Welcome To Hentervene

A coastal country retreat.

Crackington Haven beach

Hentervene is a small family park, 8 acres, set in a sheltered valley 2 miles from the safe, sandy beach of Crackington Haven. The park has shady trees and hedges, full of flowers in Spring, many varieties of birds. Rabbits, squirrels and foxes are about, and occasionally deer. Lots of activities nearby — surfing, tennis, horse riding, golf, fishing and boat trips, the spectacular South West Coastal Path for walkers. Children and pets warmly welcomed.
For a selection of places to go, visit Cornwall by Cornishlight website.

Dogs:

Dogs are welcome in some holiday caravans. Separate dog walk provided where your dog can stretch his legs and check out the rabbits, foxes and deer. Crackington Beach is dog-free from Easter Day to October, but a short drive away is Widemouth Bay, and just 5 minutes’ drive takes you to the streamside walk through Valency Woods at Boscastle. Details of other suitable spots available on request. There are also 200 miles of scenic coastal footpath to explore, and many paths in the parish open to walkers. Dogs must be on a lead on the Park, except in the dog walk, and must not be left unattended in the holiday caravans, as these can be very hot and airless in summer if locked up.
