Nightingale Lodge

New in 2008, this lodge provides luxurious accommodation at any time of year. This lodge has all modern conveniences including full sized fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and has a large veranda and private garden area. Double room with en suite shower room and power shower, and twin bedroom. Separate family bathroom. This lodge has an amazing open plan living area with superb views over the Cornish countryside. Dining area with full length windows, large lounge with double doors leading to the balcony, Very well appointed, modern kitchen area.  Everything you need for a perfect self catering holiday in the country. Fabulous holiday accommodation in a fabulous peaceful holiday retreat.

No pets. Strictly non smokers only.

Wagtail Range

New in 2006, these are bright, modern 6 berth caravans. Well appointed, kitchen with gas cooker and hob / microwave, and everything you need in self catering accommodation. Shower room with excellent shower. Comfortable sprung seating in the lounge incorporates a pull out double bed. There is one double bedroom and one twin bedded room, both with panel heaters.

Chaffinch Range

Clean, airy 4/6 berth caravans with spacious lounge and two bedrooms, one double and one twin. Gas cooker with hob, microwave  and everything you need for a self catering holiday. As in all our holiday homes you will find cushions, books, games and plenty of tourist information to help you to make the most of your stay in Cornwall. Because we allow smoking or pets in some of these caravans, we do ensure, as with all our caravans, that they are thoroughly cleaned after a let.

Some of these caravans are for people who smoke or who wish to bring a dog.

• All our caravans are fully equipped with gas cookers, microwaves, kettle, toaster, TV with Video or DVD. Everything you need for a self catering holiday.

• In all our holiday homes you will find books, games and plenty of tourist information to help you to make the most of your stay in Cornwall.

• Bookings for July and August are from Saturday to Saturday. Part week bookings are available out of season.

• When the total cost of a holiday is less than £100, the full amount is payable when booking.

• All prices are per week and include electricity and gas.  Bank Holidays and half terms / school holidays are at Peak Rates.

• Dogs are welcome on the park as long as they are under control at all times. (see note below)

Booking Conditions

1.     Holiday caravans and lodges will be available from 3.00 pm onwards on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure.

2.      25% of the cost of your holiday must be sent with your booking form. When the total cost of a holiday is less than £100.00 the full amount is payable when booking. Any balance is due 28 days before arrival.

3.      In the event of the unavoidable cancellation of your holiday, every effort will be made to re-let the accommodation. Failing this, however, the full cost of the holiday becomes payable by you. Deposits are not in any circumstances returnable.

4.      A cleaning / damage deposit of £50 upon booking one of our letting units. The cost of any damage to property, furniture and equipment, excessive cleaning, etc., will be deducted from the deposit. If the accommodation is left in a satisfactory condition, your deposit will be returned within 10 days of your departure.

5.      Duvets and pillows are supplied in the holiday caravans and the Pine lodge. Bed linen is not provided in the caravans, but can be hired at £20 per week. Bedding is included in the lodge.

6.       No liability will be accepted for the loss of any article, valuables or personal injury sustained by our visitors during their stay, however caused.

7.       Visitors are expected to show every consideration to their fellow guests.

8.      We have specific caravans set aside for people who smoke. ON NO ACCOUNT must people smoke in non designated caravans. This includes smoking whilst leaning out of the door.

9.       Dogs are welcome in some caravans, provided that they do not cause a nuisance. Dogs MUST be kept on a lead within the park and exercised in the separate area provided. On no account may dogs be allowed on seating or beds and must not be left on their own in the caravans. Your pet will feel more comfortable if you bring their own bed.  As a result of past experience it has been decided not to accept Rottweilers, Dobermans, Alsatians, Bull terriers and crosses.  This is a family site, please clear up after your dog.

10.     Daily rates are available low season only. Minimum Booking 3 nights.

11.     The management reserve the right to vary the provision of the various amenities according to seasonal requirements.

12.     These conditions may be varied from time-to-time without notice.
