Hentervene is in a coastal location at Crackington Haven. Crackington Haven is exactly that, a peaceful haven on the North Coast of Cornwall. We love our coastal location, and we are keen to evoke the feeling of being by the sea in our lodge design.
You will love exploring the many beaches coves and inlets for which Cornwall is famous. You will equally love returning to your own Haven in Cornwall.
The lodge is built entirely out of timber. Built to well in excess of residential specification BS 3632, it comes with its own manufacturers warranty extending for a period of 10 years.
Modern accommodation
The living accommodation is spacious. We have also had French doors installed which lead onto the balcony. This is in addition to the full length treble window in front of the dining area. This not only makes the most of the views over the Cornish Countryside, but also floods the room with light.
A well appointed kitchen offers you everything you need for your break away, with integrated appliances. In addition, there is plenty of storage space behind stylish cupboard doors.
Accommodation comprises of 2 bedrooms, including a double room and twin. We also included full height integrated wardrobes with mirrored doors. They have free standing furniture too.

Superior insulation.
We had the lodge clad in Waney edged larch. This material offers many benefits.
Firstly, it enhances the insulation properties of the lodge over more commonly clad canexel lodges.
Secondly, it adds character, with a rustic charm and uniqueness no other manufacturer creates.
Finally, larch requires no maintenance being a hard wearing and natural material. In other words, your time at the lodge will be spent enjoying it, rather than maintaining it!
